The EMOTION 3 is setting new standards in the field ofsafety and performance. There was never made such a huge effort before, to reach a new developing level. The test and construction workings on the new high-end A-wing lasted for more than a year. Many studies and prototypes were created and discarded and optimized through countless test flights.
The demands to the newest generation of the established EMOTION series were very high, nevertheless all expectations were exceeded with the new concept of the wing. U-Turn is relying on class-suitable gliders, and so during the development of the new A-class-wing everything was put under the motto of uncompromising passive safety.
The EMOTION 3 is combining sportive features with very high tolerance. Especially in turbulent air it is not easy to ruffle the wing – is a pressure compensation necessary anyway, the reactions turn out very moderate and damped. The high stability is supporting the outraging glide features and the rise performance of the EMOTION 3. Even in weak thermal the wing is rising very efficiently and is dynamically turned into curves, this is especially positively notable when centering in the thermal.
With the EMOTION 3 particular focus was put on reliable starting behavior. The wing is rising evenly and without tendency of the canopy diving forward. It is filling itself fast even at little wind and with small effort.
The EMOTION 3 is the perfect wing for beginners that promises the secure fun-factor even long after school. The wing is aimed at all pilots, who are looking a high-end A-class wing in the newest generation.
The EMOTION 3 is based on a new ground plan and a modified wing profile, which combines the glide performance with a very high tolerance spectrum. Chief constructor Ernst Strobl equipped the EMOTION 3 with 36 cells and a flat AR of 5, also the wing is equipped with the newest technical features. Besides the PPN, the 3D shaping is providing optimized inflow and form stability of the cell opening area. Elaborate calculations of the ballooning in combination with the optimized pre-tensioning of the wing are providing a balanced pressure distribution and circulation of the profile. Mini-ribs at the rear end of the wing are giving the profile more form fidelity and are optimizing the aerodynamics additionally, especially when braking. The High Pressure Crossport Design (HPCD) provides an ideal aeration of the crossports, which helps to balance the pressure differences on the inside of the wing, and therefore enhances the safety.
With the Emotion 3 the fun factor is not left behind because of the enormously high safety cushion. The starting miracle has much glide performance available, combined with a super easy handling and the currently highest safety level DHL Safety Class 2. The riser are equipped with the Pilot Assistant (PAS) – at which, besides color codings, icons are providing a better orientation on the line levels. Additionally the main suspensions are furnished with the new standard color codings, that is providing better orientation when hooking in the harness.

Xstyle - entry level acro/freestyle glider
When I started to fly acro, the right way to learn was to take a low en B and practice the first maneuvers safely with it until you mastered them. Nowadays people tend to try and go too fast to a freestyle or acro wing; doing so, they waste time and lack safety within their acro progression. For several years, I have been advising pilots around the world to learn acro with an "easier" glider. And that is how the idea of the Xstyle came in. An easy, safe and reliable glider with which it is very easy to learn all the easy maneuvers from wing over, stalls, deep stalls to some more technical ones like the helico, tumbling and so on. I have been giving advice on how to learn acro for quite some time now (through tutorials, magazines or on take-off sites) so when we started to work on the Xstyle with the Gradient R&D team I had a pretty clear idea on how the glider should be behaving and what its characteristics should be. The ideas behind the Xstyle was to have a very safe glider which every pilot could fly safely while still being able to give the energy needed for the acro tricks. I tried to put all my knowledge and experience into trimming this glider so it could give the opportunity to every pilot to learn and train acro safely. The Xstyle has a precise but still long brake range, a custom-designed brake setting in order to have easier and more stable helicos and a huge passive safety during all the shoots and collapses that young acro trainees may encounter. I am confident that the Xstyle will be able to put smiles on the face of every pilot and help them go further into their acro career.

Apus RS Miniwing
The APUS RS is an all-terrain miniwing and the universal tool for guaranteed fun for practically any occasion.
Depending on the version (APUS RS or APUS RS Hike), it has a number of uses ranging from soaring in strong winds to dynamic flying at your local site, right through to Hike & Fly tours. What’s more, it will fit perfectly in your luggage thanks to its packed size and light weight. The APUS RS is available in standard and hike versions. The design of the hike version has been weight-optimised even further. The APUS RS Hike uses a 27g material throughout for the top and bottom surfaces, instead of the combination of 41 and 34g paraglider fabric. Furthermore, extremely lightweight Dyneema risers with soft links are used rather than conventional risers. The 27g fabric has limited availability, so the APUS RS Hike is available only in the red/blue colour combination. Special colours can be ordered only for the standard version.

Chief designer Ernst Strobl developed a wing profile that combines glide features full of drive with dynamics. CHANGING THE GAME
The JOKER redefines the rules of the game – the principle of pure dynamics brings uncompromising extra power with high rotation speed back to the paragliding acrobatics. Once again it is about a new touchstone. The professional wing combines performance-oriented dynamics with supremely precise handling - „all it takes is a little push“. The JOKER overrides the laws and keeps up the high pressure in the canopy in between maneuvers as well.
